These healthy gummies are made with just 4 ingredients and taste so good you’ll wonder why you ever bought gummy candy from the store.

Ingredients

1/3 cup fruit juice (apple, grape, orange, etc.)

2 Tbsp honey

2 tsp stevia or granulated sugar (optional)

2 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions

1. Place silicone molds on a baking tray and clear a flat fridge space.

2. In a saucepan, heat juice, honey, and stevia over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble.

3. Cool slightly for 2–3 minutes.

4. Bloom gelatin with 1 Tbsp water in a small bowl; stir until thick.

5. Mix gelatin into warm juice until fully dissolved.

6. Use dropper to fill molds. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

7. Pop out and enjoy or store in airtight container in fridge.

Notes

Use different juices for variety. Avoid pineapple, kiwi, mango, and papaya.

You can use agar agar instead of gelatin for vegan version.
